    Edward Olley

    Edward undertook his professional training at Jones Lang Lasalle and Cushman & Wakefield before joining the development and investment company, London & Metropolitan. He was then seconded to Value Retail to work on their European site-search programme and the development of Bicester Village Outlet Centre.

    In 1995, he joined BAA Lynton Plc to work on their extensive development programme and in 1997 was invited to join their Executive Board. He was charged with overseeing a development portfolio of circa £200m.

    Edward left Lynton in 2001 and formed Ifield to undertake a number of joint ventures and commercial property projects including Crawley town centre with Hammerson Plc and a consortium of private and Plc investors. He also formed Garden Park Investments (GPI) in 2002 which secured planning for retail schemes in Bicester, Sheffield, Andover and developed a 10,000 sq m scheme in Peterborough which opened in 2010 and was awarded the BCSC Gold Award for Best Out of Town Retail Scheme. A phase two foodstore was secured in 2016 and the scheme was successfully sold in the same year. GPI also co-owned garden centres with Lasalle Investment Management which were successfully sold in 2015.

    Ifield is also the principle developer and promoter of Broadland Gate, Norwich which has consent for 75,000 sq m of mixed commercial uses and The Oaks, a new development with an allocation of 400-500 plots featuring modern, energy-efficient 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes set in a peaceful semi-rural location surrounded by farmland just six miles from Norwich.

    Edward currently holds Directorships in Ifield Estates Ltd, Ifield Projects Ltd, Ifield Trust and Melfort Estates Ltd.

    After leaving the Accountancy profession in 1982, Paul joined George Wimpey Plc, and in 1985 was appointed Finance Director of Wimpey France. In 1988, he was appointed Commercial Director of Wimpey Construction Developments and was responsible for the development of over 500,000sq.ft of commercial schemes.

    In the late 1990s Paul joined Rotch Property as a Director of their Structured Financed team and then joined David Toplas at Mill Group in 2000 and led Project Agreement and Subcontract negotiations on the Newham and Redbridge PFI Schools projects and the Farnham and Darlington PFI Health projects for the Norwich Union Public Private Partnership Fund (NUPPP).

    Since 2009 Paul has been Managing Director of Mill Asset Management (MAMG) which provides fund and asset management to IIC and asset management to NUPPP and a number of other PFI Fund investors including IRCP, Uberior and JLIF.

    Paul acts as an SPV director on all IIC Fund companies and is MAMG Main Board Director with ultimate responsibility for financial management of all PFI projects managed by MAMG. Paul is a Director of Ifield Estates Limited.
